Go to ooopsai.com and click the cyan Download Free Extension button. A ZIP file will save to your computer.

Extract the ZIP file
Right-click the downloaded ZIP → choose Extract All. Keep the extracted folder — you will load this folder in Chrome.

⚠️ Do not select the ZIP file. Select the folder that contains manifest.json.

Open Chrome Extensions
In Google Chrome, type this in the address bar and press Enter:
Shortcut: Menu (⋮) → Extensions → Manage Extensions

Enable Developer mode
On the Extensions page, turn Developer mode ON using the toggle in the top-right corner.
After enabling, the Load unpacked button will appear.

Load unpacked
Click Load unpacked, then select the extracted folder from Step 2 (the one containing manifest.json).
Select this folder →

Wrong: the .zip file or a single .js file. Correct: the full unzipped folder.

Ooops SEO Checker is now installed. Pin it to your toolbar, open it, and start your free trial — 200 domains included.
