Refund Policy

There are no refunds. Once a Lifetime license key has been issued or activated for Ooops AI (Ooops SEO Checker Chrome Extension), the purchase is final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Why we do not offer refunds

We provide a Free trial that lets you check up to 25 domains before buying. This trial exists so you can test accuracy, speed, Semrush/Ahrefs reseller workflows, niche detection, and Client/Vendor classification on your own machine and internet connection before purchasing.

• Test thoroughly with the Free trial (25 domains) before you buy.
• After license activation / key delivery, no refund will be issued — whether results meet your expectations or not.
• Shared, resold, or abused license keys are not eligible for any exception.
• The Free trial involves no payment and therefore has no refund.

Important: how domain checking works

Extraction speed and results depend on your internet connection, Semrush/Ahrefs reseller panel speed, page load times, and browser performance. Checks run through your own Chrome browser and network against your open reseller tabs — not through our cloud servers. Please evaluate this during the trial before purchasing.

Lifetime Access

Ooops AI is sold as a one-time Lifetime license ($53). There are no monthly subscriptions and no refunds after the activation key is delivered.
